Basic Introduction

Improving wear resistance:
Adding CIMA-1200 synthetic wax copolymer to the coating can significantly improve the wear resistance of the coating. When the coating is rubbed, the wax copolymer can form a protective film on the surface to reduce the damage to the coating caused by friction. For example, in wood coatings, it can make the coating on the wood surface more wear-resistant and extend the service life of the wood.
Enhancing slip:
It can provide a good slip effect for the coating. In applications such as plastic film coatings, the addition of this copolymer reduces the coefficient of friction on the coating surface, making the plastic film smoother during processing or use. For example, in plastic film coatings for food packaging, it facilitates the production, processing and packaging operations of the film.
Anti-adhesion performance:
In some coating applications, such as paper coatings, CIMA-1200 synthetic wax copolymer can prevent paper from sticking to each other during stacking. The wax layer it forms on the surface of the paper coating can block direct contact between papers, improving the quality and ease of use of the paper.
