1.FEATURES AND USES

STD-0509 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin modified by a special monomer, with outstanding alcohol resistance, good silver powder orientation, and anti-silver loss. At the same time, it has outstanding adhesion to special substrates such as Al, Zn, Mg, glass, polished stainless steel, electroplated parts, etc. It is fast-drying and has high hardness. It can be used as metal plastic paint, home appliance paint, toy paint, and can also be used as primer, engineering machinery paint, etc.

Note:
This resin contains a special monomer that has a very strong affinity with polar substances. Therefore, when it is used with pigment fillers, the special functional groups on the resin may react with the surface of the pigment particles first, affecting its own superior adhesion. Therefore, when used as a primer, it is necessary to select a suitable dispersant and grinding process to ensure that the superior adhesion of the resin itself is not affected.
The above test results were obtained by our company in the laboratory. Please conduct tests before use. Different construction processes will have different requirements for the coating film. At the same time, climate changes will also affect the performance of the paint film. Customers can adjust the diluent according to their needs.
