The service life of the pipeline depends largely on the anti-corrosion method of the steel pipe. The use of good coating materials and coating methods can make the service life of the pipeline reach decades or longer. Standard pipeline powder coating melts a layer of 300-800 microns of thermosetting epoxy organic coating with good bonding ability on the inner wall of the steel pipe. It not only has the characteristics of high strength, easy connection and water impact resistance of steel pipes, but also overcomes the characteristics of easy corrosion, pollution, scaling and poor fire protection performance of steel pipes when encountering water.
