It is made of epoxy resin and polyester resin as the main raw materials, and has their own unique properties, so that the produced coating has excellent leveling, decorative, mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance.

Application areas:

Widely used in the coating of various indoor metal products.

Physical properties:

1. Specific gravity: 1.2-1.8 (depending on color and gloss)

2. Storage: Below 35℃, in a dry environment, it can be stored for 12 months if the packaging is intact.

3. Packaging: 20 kg/box, carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyethylene inner bags.

Surface treatment: Treat according to the substrate and required performance

Spraying: Electrostatic gun or friction gun

Film thickness: 60-70 um

Curing conditions: Workpiece temperature/time: 180℃ x 15 minutes

Hygene & Safety:

This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but dust should be avoided during use. Operators are advised to wear appropriate dust masks and glasses. If possible, try to avoid long-term contact between skin and powder coating.

Safety & protection

All dust is irritating to the respiratory system, so avoid inhaling dust and steam generated during curing. Take measures to avoid skin contact. If contact is necessary, wash the skin with water and soap. If contact with the eyes is necessary, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical attention in time. Ash layer and powder particle deposition should be avoided on the surface and dead corners. Tiny organic particles will be ignited and explode under static electricity. All equipment must be grounded to prevent static electricity.
