Application Areas

Transportation Packaging

Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.

Hygiene and safety

Operators should wear anti-sit masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

Powder properties

Specific gravity	1.2~1.8g/cm
Particle size	Depending on the application, the standard type has an average particle size of 35~40 microns, less than 10 microns of powder <10%, more than 100 microns of powder <0.5%.
Storage stability	Polyester powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for more than 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.

The above coating performance indicators may decrease slightly as the gloss decreases.
Spraying	This series of products can be suitable for the following spraying methods: corona electrostatic spraying; friction electrostatic spraying; electrostatic fluidized bed spraying; fluidized bed hot dip coating.
Spraying	Coating thickness: between 40 and 150 microns, depending on the application requirements.
Curing conditions	Recommended 200℃/10 minutes, can also be designed according to user needs: 160℃/20 minutes, 180℃/10 minutes
