Surface cleaning: Use degreasing cleaner to remove wax, oil and other impurities.

Spraying viscosity: 14-16 seconds (23°C, coating - 4 cups)
Recommended spraying tools and air pressure:
RP spray gun, caliber: 1.3mm, air pressure: 2.0-2.5 bar
HVLP spray gun, caliber: 1.3mm, air pressure: 1.8-2.0 bar
Number of spraying passes/film thickness: 2-3 layers, 15-25um
Flash-off time: At 23℃, flash-off between layers takes 5-10 minutes, and the coating must be left to stand after spraying
Standing time: After 10-15 minutes, spray clear varnish.
1. After spraying 1K basecoat, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then spray the clearcoat as soon as possible. Too long will affect the adhesion;
2. Storage conditions/period: It is recommended to store at 5-35℃, and the original cap can be stored for 2 years.
3. Packaging specifications: 1L or 3.75L cans.
