The wax, also called Cotinus Coggygria ester, is extracted from the seeds of Rhus succedanea L and refined. The wax hardly contains any non-saponifiable matter. Since the wax contains Binary Acid (Japonica Acid), it has fine-smooth texture and viscidity-toughness which common grease does not possess.

Application：
(1) Cosmetic industry: to be used for making pomade, eyebrow pencil, brilliantine wax, lipstick, smoothing cream and facial cream, etc.;
(2) Pencil-making industry: to make pencil by utilizing the good smooth tactility and lubricity borne by Japan wax;
(3) Glazing agent: to utilize brightness effect of Japan wax and its adaptability/adhesiveness to Bahamas white wood;
(4) Other industry: to be widely used in printing industry, painting industry, foodstuff industry and pharmaceutical industry, etc.

Constituent：
The wax is composed of 90% Monoacid (75% Palmitic Acid accounts for 75%, the rest are Stearic Acid and Oleic Acid) Glyceride, 5~6% Binary Acid (Japonica Acid) Glyceride, 2~3% free Fatty Acid and 1~2% free Ceryl Alcohol. Of Japonica Acid, most is Binary Acid with C20~C22, the rest is many kinds of elementary Binary Acid.
