The wax, a kind of hardness vegetable wax with some luster and bright amber, is extracted from a shrubby spurge (Euphorbia antisyphilitica) native to the northern Mexico, the southern US Texas and California, having densely clustered, erect, essentially leafless stems that yield a multipurpose wax. The wax contains special type resin ingredient and has stronger character of adapting to the temperature fluctuation.

Application：
(1) Cosmetic industry: to be widely used for making brilliantine wax, lipstick, etc. by utilizing its characters of stronger patience to temperature fluctuation, little shrinkage rate and excellent moisture-proof ability;
(2) Foodstuff industry: to be used as the softener of making chewing gum and as moisture-proof agent & luster-coating agent of processing confection & chocolate;
(3) Other industry: to be widely used in pigment industry, pharmaceutical industry, electrical industry, copy paper-making, pencil and wax crayon making. Also to be used as leather luster-coating agent and agglutinant;

Constituent：
The main constituent is resin ingredient which can dissolve in acetone, MEK, 15~28% can dissolve in alcohol. Others are as follows:

Carbohydrate	About 50%
Cerotic Acid and Ceryl Alcohol Ester	About 30%
Free Cere, Sterol & Neutral Resin	12~14%
Free Acid	7~9%
